Pausing a membership can be done in any emergency situation. Pausing a membership means you will reserve a spot with your coach and will not be charged until you return. You can pause your membership for up to 6 months.

After signing up for a coaching package or subscription you can expect to receive your plan within 72 hours. You will also receive an exclusive invite to our Atlas Nutrition App. Please expect to hear from your coach within 72 hours.

Please be aware that your payment will pull on the same day every month. For example: If you purchase a month-to-month subscription on 5/26/2022, your payment will pull on 6/26/22, and each month thereafter.

Items eligible for return must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Atlas Protein, sale items, gift cards, free or promotional (gift with purchase) items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered or that fall underneath the aforementioned items that are ineligible for returns.
